Vacuum Storage Containers – Small

The Vacu-Storr™ high vacuum storage containers (desiccators) were developed to store materials which are sensitive to dust, moisture, oxygen and other gases found in the environment.  Each Vacu-Storr™ desiccator is vacuum tested down to 10-6 Torr before being shipped out.  Because of the clean design of these high vacuum desiccators (using soda-lime glass containers, 6061 aluminum cap, Viton vacuum seal and custom metal valve with PTFE shaft seal) they are capable of holding a vacuum for 5 years to 0.1 bar (atmosphere).  Vacuum connection for pump-down is 1/4″ (6.35mm) barb fitting.  Protective plastic mesh shielding is applied for implosion protection.  Lid and mesh color may vary.  Available in four sizes (S, M, L and XL).
